Lauren Van Haaren is the Director of Sales and Communications at Brooklyn Outdoor. She brings over seven years of expertise in out-of-home (OOH) media to the role. As a results-driven leader, she successfully translates industry knowledge into measurable sales growth and greater communication efficiency.

In her sales role, Lauren is pivotal in driving revenue. She streamlines the entire sales process, from initial lead generation and client acquisition to proposal delivery. Her primary focus is on closing deals and ensuring unmatched client satisfaction through dedicated account management.

Lauren also serves as the communications backbone of the sales team. She skillfully implements systems across CRM, marketing, and workflow automation. This work optimizes the entire lead-to-customer acquisition journey. Additionally, Lauren acts as the brand’s voice, overseeing all public relations, marketing, and external communications. She develops impactful marketing materials that align with core business objectives, enhancing every communication touchpoint—from the website to client presentations.
