Eileen is responsible for inventory management and data integrity, diligently maintaining the accuracy of media assets and availability across platforms such as Ayuda, Adstruc, MediaX, and DoMedia. Her commitment ensures the sales team has access to accurate and timely information.
Her primary focus is seamless campaign fulfillment. Eileen oversees the logistical chain post-sale, processing contracts, verifying sales data in the inventory management and CRM system, ensuring posting instructions are fulfilled, and material orders.
